Brows
Permanent makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing, is a process where tiny pixels of facial ink are implanted under the skin using a tattoo pen or a microblade, to give a permanent effect and to mimic makeup. It can be applied to the lips, eyes and eyebrows.
It is relatively pain-free and once performed lasts between 12 months to three years. During this time it will gradually fade.
Treatments
Microblading – £345
A handheld tool and ink are used to create fine hairlike strokes to mimic the look of eyebrow hair. Microblading can be used to add fullness to fading brows and to create symmetry. It is a very natural looking method that is good for clients who have suffered hair loss to the eyebrow area, either through illness, overplucking or the natural ageing process.
Powder Brows – £345
Soft pixels of colour are layered into the brow using the tattoo pen. Powder brows can be used to add colour, depth and create symmetry to the brow, replacing the need for an eyebrow pencil. They are great for fairer clients wishing to create a soft, subtle effect, but can also be used to create a dramatic, made-up look on darker complexions.
Combination Brows – £345
A combination of microblading and powder brow techniques are used to create the perfect brow. Hairstrokes are added using the microblade and the tattoo pen is used to add depth and colour. A great treatment for creating symmetry, replacing lost hair and adding colour.
Ombre Brows – £345
Soft pixels of colour are layered into the brow using the tattoo pen. The fronts of the eyebrows are intentionally left lighter, and a deeper colour added to the tails and arches. A great treatment for adding depth, colour and restoring symmetry, with a nod to the current eyebrow trend of lighter fronts.
